ArtQuest "Everyday People Doing Everyday Things"

A basic introduction to observational skills for the younger student through the comparison of images of people from different cultures and countries at different times in history. Slides include ancient Chinese scrolls, Japanese wood blocks, images of Native Americans from the 19th Century, early American colonial paintings in folk art style and genre paintings of the 19th Century.
