Dear Franklin Families,
I hope to see many of you at our November Parent Coffee tomorrow morning (11/19) at 8:30. We will gather on Zoom (link below) due to the low temperatures forecast for Friday (in contrast to today's balmy weather!) School Psychologist Dr. Toni Kelly, Second Grade Teacher Stephanie Lefever, and I will talk about our team's commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for all students through our focus on Culturally Responsive Instruction. Stephanie and Toni will also share information about our professional development work on a Culturally Responsive approach to Trauma, which is funded through a Newton Schools Foundation grant. We hope you can join us!
