Hi Franklin,

As part of a PTO initiative, an amazing group of parent volunteers helped secure vaccine appointments for 26 teachers at Franklin and several more for other Newton teachers! Our volunteer efforts were covered by 7NEWS:

Tamara Wieder, a Franklin parent and part of our PTO board, was interviewed and she was a KEY part in the effort because of her experience volunteering to get vaccines for other people and teachers even prior to being part of the Franklin volunteer group.
