WOW!! The food drive yesterday morning was a huge success! We started with one car, but quickly needed two more after the donation bags kept coming! The Franklin community donated 120 Kids Club bags to the Centre Street Food Pantry! We are so thankful to all of you for your generosity!
We wanted to give a big shoutout to Deborah Elliott, a Franklin parent who also volunteers at the Centre Street Food Pantry, for coordinating the effort to transport all of the food over and to sort through it all. Also, thanks to our wonderful parent volunteers yesterday: Wendy Cadge, Ranjani Paradise, Jackie Savage-Borne, Lisa Perri, Amy Horsman, Lisa Madding, and Jessica Allen!
