Happy Monday everyone,
Looking forward to the spring, the Franklin Social Action Committee has planned a volunteer day at Cradles to Crayons, whose mission is "to provide children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive – at home, at school and at play." We are really excited to have an opportunity for our community to do a group service event together!
The Franklin volunteer day will be on Saturday April 2nd from 10a-12p at the Cradles to Crayons Giving Factory at 281 Newtonville Avenue, Newton MA 02460. We will have space for 20 children (minimum age is 5) and each child must be accompanied by an adult. All volunteers must wear a mask while at the facility.
Sign up here if you and your child(ren) would like to participate!
Please sign up in a separate slot for each child. You can sign up under the adult's name and put the child's name in the comment.
We'll provide details to those signed up closer to the event and in the meantime feel free to reach out with any questions!
