The PTO hosted a Staff Appreciation Luncheon yesterday, with catered Italian food from Comella’s, a variety of Bubly sparkling water, and desserts provided by Franklin parents!
They were treated to a delicious menu of: Caprese toast bites, garden salad, meat lasagna, chicken broccoli ziti alfredo, and eggplant parmesan. Desserts included everything from cookies and brownies to mini whoopie pies and cupcakes.
We also were able to get brand new shirts made as a staff appreciation gift for all Franklin staff members. They were all so excited to get a new piece of Franklin gear to add to the clothing rotation on Fridays! 5th grade teachers already are planning to wear them at today's field trip!
Thank you so much to everyone who purchased and baked desserts for yesterday's event, and to our volunteers who helped with set up and clean up yesterday!
