Teacher Appreciation Week recap!

Hi Franklin Families,

We've had a great week setting up special treats for the Franklin staff for Teacher Appreciation Week. Thank you so much to all of the parents who helped to contribute items! Here is a recap of what was done each day:

MONDAY: We would be "muffin" without you!

Principal Jocelyn visited each classroom and office with a variety of muffins, orange juice, and hot coffee from Starbucks & Dunkin' Donuts!

TUESDAY: You make us bloom!

Room parents coordinated flowers for each classroom, and the PTO sent in an arrangement for the front office to show our appreciation. Here are the beautiful blooms from a kindergarten & 2nd grade classroom:

WEDNESDAY: Student decorated petals created a collective Franklin flower - all of the petals were photographed individually so that teachers could read their messages! They were posted to our website: https://www.franklinpto.org/post/our-collective-franklin-flower

The staff luncheon from Panera Bread was a hit, with a variety of seltzer and little chocolate candies.

THURSDAY: We picked the best!

There was a variety of yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola bars set up in the staff lounge in the morning!

FRIDAY: Thanks for making us smart cookies!

Everyone got a triple stack of cookies: sugar, chocolate chunk, and oatmeal raisin! These were packaged together with some ribbon, and displayed in the staff lounge with a variety of seltzer!

Thanks, and have a great weekend!
